ICH Secret Revealed!
Have you ever wondered how they manage to get the scrambled eggs at India Coffee House so creamy and fluffy? Have you been vexed by the watery remains from their scrambled eggs? Fret not. I have the answer! Finally, after years searching for the answer, I stumbled upon it today.
And the answer is (drum roll please…) Poached Scrambled Eggs.
I tried it today and they came out superbly!

No. Not really. Just eggs on toast. The toast is special though. They fry the bread in butter! Will post a picture soon.
Listen....all of you and listen carefully. ICH scrambled eggs are like Mt.Everest, you can climb it, hike it, fly around it, take pictures of it.....but you can never, ever rebuild it.
So all efforts of re creating the scrambled eggs are in vain.
