McDonald's Cares.

Last night Chamique and I decided to grab a quick bite at McD. We had a Fillet-O-Fish and a small chocolate shake each. What was priceless was this, printed on their tray mats.

Mmmmm, is good for you! With 23 grams of fat!

I like their version of the food pyramid...

And don't forget all the calcium and essential sugars from the shakes.
You cropped out the best part... the line addressed to all those mothers worrying about their kids' diets.
Bring your children to Mc D's for a complete and nutritious meal.

Can you say Mc Libel?

That wouldn't qualify as "libel". False advertising, definitely.

In USA, apparently their milkshakes are not allowed to be called "milkshakes" because the 36 gm of fat in them exceed the legal limit of 25 gm of fat in a milkshake. Hence the name McShake.

(I can't believe they have a legal fat limit for milkshakes over there...)

I rarely subject myself to the torture of McDonald's food, but once I was hungry at 5 PM and it was the only thing nearby, so I tried their chicken Maharaja Mac. Oh gawd, it was awful. Just a regular beef burger would have been just ok, but they don't sell that here. :(

Madman, if it's a beef burger you want and if you're on the West Coast of the USA, then In-n-Out is where you want to go and a Double-Double is what you want to order.

Damn, those are good...

Dude, why didn't you warn me about the loud music on their homepage? I was listening to some music and their page blew my eardrums out.

Alas, no chance of visiting Amreeka any time soon, so I guess I'll have to make burgers myself. (Of course, I can never make just a simple burger, so my patties will be flavoured with all kinds of different things. ;)

Ping me if you're making burgers? Please? I love 'em. And it's so damn hard to get in Bangalore, OP's is passable, the Leela is good but bleedingly expensive...

there used to be a place called Ice n Spice (below a place called kebab corner or something) on st.marks road...where you used to get small, but very nice lamb burgers...very VERY nice...i don't know if the place is still there

Still there. Even if it is a really fancy, all-chrome-and-glass joint. The cooks have all moved on to Beanstalk on 100 ft. Road in Indiranagar. Kheema Dosa!
